(FIVE) does not and cannot control the content or accuracy of information available through hyperlinks on its web pages to other websites. FIVE is not a publisher of content posted by third-parties on linked sites. FIVE exercises no editorial control over, and accordingly accepts no liability for, any information posted on linked sites.
Newsletters
We use a third-party data processor, Constant Contact, to manage our mailings. Please see their legal and privacy policies and practices here. If you choose to subscribe to a FIVE newsletter, we require a valid email address, and you may choose to provide your first and last name, and your preferred language (English and/or Chinese). This information is retained by both FIVE and the external mailing service and will remain within FIVE’s and the third party’s databases for as long as we continue to use those services for email marketing, or until you request to be removed from the newsletter. You may cancel your subscription at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link contained in every email newsletter we send.
